We all have seen this before, contaacting a chiness manufacture and the sales person, doesnt understand english, has an attitude, as if I the customer owes them something, what happend to , the customer is always right !!! W Zoe it was different. She was smart , helpfull , listen to what i needded and even though we where under time pressure , she always stood there and did her best to acomodate my needs. The time saved the nerves saving , is more worth then anything else, and Zoe was the one to make everthing smoth and perfect. I wouldnt use any other company just because of her. Than you for putting the customer first and not giving the attitude that most give one. PS and the porducts came great too :)
